- Provide expert HR guidance across all levels of the organization, managing core HR functions such as workforce planning, recruitment, and employee administration.
- Engage in departmental initiatives aimed at continuous learning, participation in annual conferences, and research activities.
Qualifications for Success:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, though not mandatory; a minimum of 5 years in Human Resources Management is essential.
- HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRM-SPC is advantageous.
- Experience managing HR across multiple sites is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a professional demeanor are required.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, with a generalist background.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
