About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Merchant Regional team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing sales directly to end-users of our products or services in a large specified geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in a designated geographic area.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a merchant services sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a designated geographic area.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance data.
