Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Merchant Regional team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing sales directly to end-users of our products or services in a large specified geographic area.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in a designated geographic area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a merchant services sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a designated geographic area.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
