Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by embodying the company's service ethos. Maintain a positive demeanor and be well-informed to assist customers effectively.
  • Stay updated on current promotions and sales initiatives.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and enhance fitting skills.
  • Be vigilant regarding Loss Prevention issues involving both customers and staff.
  • Participate in inventory counts, assist with receiving shipments, and help organize merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies, ensuring all items are checked for completeness.
Working Relationships

Engage with customers, collaborate with fellow Sales Associates, and communicate effectively with Store Management and Regional Managers.

Essential Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues at all levels. Basic communication, organizational, and mathematical skills are necessary. Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in specialty retail or footwear, is preferred. Familiarity with company policies and procedures, along with basic visual merchandising skills, is advantageous.
