Key Responsibilities:
- Drive significant sales performance across multiple locations to enhance revenue, gross margin, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of exceptional service within the stores.
- Mentor and develop store managers and team members through real-time coaching to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage operational expenses effectively to boost profitability.
- Analyze operational reports to ensure compliance with company policies, monitor store performance, and manage payroll budgets.
- Collaborate on the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and sales analyses.
- Coordinate promotional activities and pricing strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
- Oversee the opening of new stores and the closure of existing locations as necessary.

- Conduct inspections of store premises to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Retail Regional or District Management is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with computerized scheduling and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel across the designated region.
