About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Food and Beverage team at Bonita Bay Club. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the F&B team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the F&B team, including managing spreadsheets and reports for tips/gratuities in payroll.
  • Update club dining, banquet, and special event menus to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with dining reservations for Club Members and coordinate programs and functions of the F&B Department.
  • Develop and propose solutions to problems that occur and anticipate the needs of staff and membership.
Requirements
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience with Northstar, Jonas, or other Club Management Software.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Some accounting experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills, and written communication skills.
