Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Food and Beverage team at Bonita Bay Club. The successful candidate will provide exceptional clerical support, manage spreadsheets and reports, and assist with dining reservations and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage team, including managing spreadsheets and reports, and assisting with dining reservations and special events.
  • Assist with coordinating programs and functions of the Food and Beverage Department, including banquets and special events.
  • Manage tips and gratuities in payroll and update club dining, banquet, and special event menus.
  • Assist with administrative functions of Club operations as needed and assigned.
Requirements
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience with Northstar, Jonas, or other Club Management Software.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Some accounting experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and develop solutions to problems that occur.
  • Desire to provide superior customer service.
  • Compliance with a Drug Free Workplace.
