About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team at Bonita Bay Club. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the F&B department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the F&B team, including managing spreadsheets and reports for tips/gratuities in payroll.
  • Update club dining, banquet, and special event menus, and assist with dining reservations for Club Members.
  • Assist in coordinating programs and functions of the F&B Department, including banquets and special events as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a club or hospitality setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with Northstar, Jonas, or other Club Management Software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Some accounting experience and excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, developing and proposing solutions to problems that occur and anticipating the needs of staff and membership.
