Your primary focus will be on staff retention and creating a supportive team atmosphere, working closely with the Staffing Coordinator for effective scheduling.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the Recruitment & Orientation processes for new hires.
  • Notifying relevant departments about trends indicating increased turnover rates and morale issues.

  • Engaging with potential candidates via phone or text within 24 hours of their application.

  • Identifying and training qualified staff members for the preceptor role with support from Nursing Leadership and Corporate Nurse Trainers.
