Job Overview

American Battery Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Springboro, Ohio. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and communicate benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including employment laws, labor laws, and benefits laws.
  • HR Systems: Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics on HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
