Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and trusted advisor who can handle confidential client information with integrity? Do you have excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented approach? We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at OPSPro.

Job Summary:

The IT Helpdesk Support Specialist will provide remote and in-person technical support to end-users on technology issues related to computer operations, software support, setups, and error messages. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and incident management to end-users on technology issues
  • Troubleshoot and support software applications and business processes
  • Repair and maintain hardware and software configurations
  • Provide technical support for local and remote laptop users, including rebuild, reimage, remote support, and VPN support
  • Assist the technical lead with projects from implementation through testing and production
  • Update applications, websites, and content management systems
  • Maintain electronic records with current data

Requirements:

  • Experience with computer systems support, helpdesk support, computer deployment, and imaging
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with Office365 administration and end-user/client support
  • Supporting Windows Operating Systems
  • Troubleshooting network and wireless issues
  • Working knowledge of computer networks and Wi-Fi
  • Experience supporting multiple clients or tasks simultaneously
  • Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Macintosh operating systems
  • Technical certificates
