Job Summary
As a Senior Manager in Partner Sales, your role is to educate and inspire Smarsh's Partners to drive growth and success through our products and services. You will be responsible for developing a strategic partnership with Microsoft and Microsoft resellers/partners, focusing on partner recruitment, relationship building, opportunity development, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a sustainable partner program to generate leads and revenue.
- Develop partner programs for Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Referral Partners.
- Manage relationships with partners at all levels and maintain senior executive contacts.
- Work with a portfolio of partners to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Provide training and support to partners on products, practices, and sales strategies.
- Identify customer insights and define value propositions to maximize growth.
- Collaborate with partners to set goals, define success, and develop joint strategies.
- Conduct regular reporting and review meetings with partners to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance.
- Manage partner accounts effectively, set plans and forecasts, and prioritize efforts for optimal results.
- Address partner escalations and handle other assigned duties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or partner management roles.
- Proven success in building partner programs and achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with lead generation programs.
