Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, with a focus on business development and client growth.
  • Professional designations such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), or Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
