Executive Leader for Atlanta Market

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Leader to manage the daily operations of our Atlanta market. As the General Manager, you will oversee a team of 15+ hospitality and operations staff, manage 9 locations in Perimeter, Buckhead, Downtown, Old Fourth Ward & Midtown, and set the strategic direction for the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer experience, sales, and operational excellence
- Manage a high-performance team through hiring, building trust, coaching, and inspiring
- Oversee a team of 15, consisting of Assistant GMs, Member Experience Managers, and Member Experience Associates
- Develop and implement strategies to drive P&L performance and maximize profitability
- Manage locally-based Area Sales Leads who are responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process and pipeline
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in multi-unit management
- Experience with P&L management and developing strategies that drive P&L performance
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and issues, and know the levers to pull to maximize profitability
- Experience managing sales teams in an in-person, direct-to-customer environment
- Strong hospitality skills and ability to coach and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer experience
What We Offer:
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $125,000. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus calculated based on individual and company performance.
