- Optimize CPQ workflows to streamline sales operations and improve quote accuracy
- Provide training and support to users on CPQ functionalities and best practices
- Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and integrations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and address any issues or risks
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into Marketing and Sales performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures
- Conduct training sessions and develop user guides to support Salesforce adoption and usage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
- Proven experience working with Marketing and Sales teams to support and enhance Salesforce solutions
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, implementation, and support
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ functionalities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading and managing Salesforce projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly desirable
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus
