Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

At Rose International, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise for EBS (Oracle) ERP system, including order management and logistics processes and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing of EBS system functionality in support of integrated testing of upstream and downstream processes with Salesforce systems.
  • Gather and document business requirements and map as-is and to-be process maps.
  • Collaborate with the Business Process Owner to document business requirements.
  • Participate as a business analyst in testing system enhancements for the related business domain, following the IT SDLC process.
  • Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related function in Life Sciences or High Technology domains (GxP compliant processes a plus).
  • Ability and experience with facilitating and collaboratively participating in requirements gathering workshops.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Veeva Vault, Word, and Excel.
