Account Growth Specialist

The Sales/Account Manager will be responsible for developing and growing a pipeline of customers through cold calling and other means. This involves working collaboratively with ICAST teams to assist in proposal development for assigned customers and maintaining customer and project records in Salesforce CRM.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales. Additionally, they should have knowledge of energy efficiency retrofits, particularly in residential structures. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Familiarity with M365 (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM is also beneficial.
This position comes with a competitive salary of $65K + commissions and comprehensive benefits, including company-sponsored health insurance and a 403b retirement savings plan.
