At Peak Performance Team, we are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Account Growth Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in general management, sales, and F&I operations within the retail automobile industry.

This role involves prospecting and acquiring new dealership accounts, developing F&I product sales, and implementing policies and procedures for newly acquired business.

You will be responsible for conducting sales presentations and dealership training, as well as tracking and monitoring performance.

We offer a guaranteed income during training, with a realistic year one salary of $120,000 - $150,000 PLUS expense reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.
