Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at RapidFire Safety & Security LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the fire, life safety and security industry or related field, and a strong understanding of service sales and excellent relationship-building skills.
Main responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, generating new sales opportunities, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The company offers a competitive base salary of $125,000 (including commission) and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
