About the RoleThis is a high-energy role where you will bring the Internet of Things to small to medium-sized customers, building Samsara's business and bringing the benefits of sensor data to customers.
- Typical sales will be $5k to $20k
- Involve proof of concepts, multiple stakeholders, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to owners, safety, and operational managers

- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
- Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, as well as receive inbound leads from our account development team
- Target accounts with 11-30 vehicles
- Experience handling and owning transactional sales process with high volume demands
- 1+ years of experience in a closing sales role
Samsara's compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market.
We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles.
Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position is $104,580 — $149,400 USD.
