About The Role
As a key member of the Wheatland Bank team, you will play a vital role in ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and service. This position requires a high level of operational support for the branch, including customer service functions, new account openings, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager/Service Manager to meet customer needs and achieve branch goals.
- Assist with daily overdraft decisions and maintain accurate records.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Branch Manager or Service Manager.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain a high level of security and procedural controls.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- A minimum of 1 year previous related banking experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
