The Customer Service Representative (CSR) under the direction of the Manager, Customer Service and Billing provides intake and customer service duties related to (but not limited to) referrals and product ordering to ensure a high-level of customer support.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Performs all intake service tasks including, but not limited to: referral intake, document processing, insurance verification, prior authorizations, pre-determinations, coverage exceptions, out-of-network exceptions and appeals.
  • Coordinates and arranges patient / customer orders and reorders.
  • Provides highest level of customer service through responsive communication and action via phone, email, etc. to all customers and patients.
  • Collaborates with warehouse operations, sales, reimbursement/collections, market access teams.
*Other job duties and special projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • 3-5+ year's of customer service experience preferably in the healthcare industry and / or a Bachelor's Degree or combination of education (Associates Degree) and practical work experience
  • High-level of attention to detail, computer literacy with experience in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Provides excellent written and verbal communications and works well in a team and a fast pace work environment
Salary Range: $24- $28 an hour

Pentec Health offers a comprehensive compensation and full benefits package. Actual pay will be based on several factors such as qualifications and skills for the role plus geographic location.
