Customer Service Representative

Central Washington University is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Student Financial Services team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and faculty, ensuring a positive experience for all.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for resolving issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information and guidance on financial aid and student accounts policies and procedures.
The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the Student Financial Services team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing support for recruitment and retention initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and faculty
- Resolving issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate records and processing transactions
- Providing support for recruitment and retention initiatives
- Working closely with the Student Financial Services team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements include:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain accurate records and process transactions
- Strong customer service skills
