Position Summary

The Property Operations Specialist serves as the primary on-site representative for Heirloom A. This role is crucial for the routine and urgent maintenance of properties within a specified area. The key responsibility is to uphold Heirloom A's high standards for property care and maintenance. This position also collaborates closely with the Guest Relations team to ensure guest satisfaction and may assist the Design & Setup team with property preparations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular property inspections and assessments
  • Implement Heirloom A's property maintenance checklist
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, minor repairs)
  • Address maintenance requests as they arise
  • Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance services (HVAC, pest control, landscaping, pool upkeep)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local service providers (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
  • Manage housekeeping and maintenance requests as needed
  • Assist with inventory management for housekeeping supplies
  • Collaborate with Guest Relations to address on-site guest inquiries
  • Support the Design & Setup team with new property launches
  • Work with senior management to enhance property management processes
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Residence in or near the designated operational area
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Experience with basic tools and maintenance tasks
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Physical capability to lift up to 35lbs comfortably

Work Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried position with a typical workweek of Monday through Friday, including required availability on Sundays. Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be necessary.

Compensation includes a salary and benefits, with potential bonus opportunities.
