Position Summary

The Property Operations Manager serves as the essential on-site representative for Heirloom A. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily maintenance and management of properties within a specified area. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all properties meet Heirloom A's rigorous maintenance and branding standards. Additionally, the Property Operations Manager collaborates with the Guest Communications team to address guest needs on-site as required. This position may also involve assisting the Design & Install team with the setup of new properties when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular property inspections and walkthroughs
  • Implement Heirloom A's maintenance checklist
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, basic repairs)
  • Address and resolve maintenance issues as they arise
  • Schedule and manage regular maintenance services (HVAC, pest control, landscaping, pool upkeep)
  • Build and maintain relationships with local service providers (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
  • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Assist housekeeping with inventory management of supplies
  • Work closely with Guest Communications to support on-site guest inquiries
  • Support the Design & Install team with property setups as required
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance property management processes
  • Engage in special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Resides in or near the designated area
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Experience with basic household tools and maintenance
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs comfortably

Work Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried position with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday, including required availability on Sundays. Some weekend or after-hours work may be necessary based on operational needs.

Compensation includes a salary and benefits, with potential bonus opportunities.
