Position Summary

The Property Operations Specialist serves as the primary contact for property management. This role is crucial for ensuring the routine and urgent maintenance of Heirloom A properties within a specified area. The main objective is to uphold Heirloom A's standards for property upkeep and brand integrity. The Property Operations Specialist collaborates closely with Guest Communications to facilitate on-site guest interactions as necessary. Additionally, this role may involve supporting the Design & Install team during the onboarding of new properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular property inspections and walkthroughs
  • Implement Heirloom A's property maintenance checklist
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, basic repairs)
  • Address and resolve punch list items as required
  • Coordinate and supervise scheduled maintenance services (HVAC, pest control, landscaping, pool upkeep)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local service providers (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
  • Manage housekeeping and maintenance requests as needed
  • Assist housekeeping with inventory of consumable supplies
  • Work in tandem with Guest Communications to respond to guest needs on-site
  • Support the Design & Install team with property setups as required
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance property management processes
  • Engage in special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Resides in or near the designated operational area
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Experience with basic tools and household maintenance
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Capable of lifting up to 35lbs comfortably

Work Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried position with a typical workweek of Monday through Friday. Availability on Sundays from 11am to 5pm is required, with occasional weekend or after-hours responsibilities.

Compensation includes a salary with benefits, and bonus opportunities may be available.
