Sales Executive with Strong Staffing and Recruitment Expertise

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and engage with large enterprise companies and mid-market organizations to identify new business opportunities.

Develop and execute sales strategies to manage the sales process from initial outreach to successful onboarding of new clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries, including technology, finance, and engineering.

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective sales execution and customer engagement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must reside in the US and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Proven success in acquiring new clients in the professional staffing or managed services space, with a minimum of 7 years of experience selling professional staffing services to mid-market and enterprise-level customers.

3-5 years of experience selling managed services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS.

Well-connected with the talent ecosystem community, including TA, procurement, MSP, and CW program leaders.

Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum Bachelor's degree required.

Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
