End-to-End Business Development: Lead the entire business development process for custom software development services, from opportunity identification to deal closure.

  • Outsourced Development Opportunities: Identify and pursue outsourced software development opportunities to broaden our service offerings.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Sales Activity Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress to senior management.
  • Territory Planning: Plan and execute a comprehensive territory plan for the assigned region.

  • Sales Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies that maximize account penetration.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Needs Translation: Translate client requirements into Statements of Work or Job Orders.
  • Representation at Events: Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, business forums, and other relevant gatherings.
  • New Business Acquisition: Actively pursue new clients while nurturing existing accounts for ongoing business development.
