Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Talent-Hue Recruitment Services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space, with a strong focus on Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Professional Staffing and Managed Services space
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS
  • Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year
  • Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
