About the Role:
At Bell Partners, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, providing a safe and attractive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct maintenance services for the community, supervising a team of maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the community and grounds, identifying areas in need of repair and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain grounds and perform repairs as needed.
• Develop and maintain the Community Compliance Manual, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Respond to resident repair requests and maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family housing environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required, depending on community needs.
• Ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Ops Technology and email.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
• Must demonstrate support of Bell Partners' Core Values and provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to clearly communicate orally and in writing.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials.
• Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects.

Compensation:
Hourly: $48.00. Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance-based.
