We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric professional to join our team as the Head of Field Operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction in the construction, commissioning, and operations of our energy solutions, as well as identifying opportunities for product improvement and potential new market niches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Field Services Group within Rondo Energy, including commissioning/startup, early operations and maintenance, and remote monitoring.
  • Represent the Rondo Energy organization as the day-to-day customer interface for units in operation.
  • Identify opportunities for Rondo Energy in supporting our clients and customers during commissioning and operational phases.
  • Integrate seamlessly into the Rondo Energy organization, providing a knowledge conduit within the company and between Rondo Energy and our customers.
  • Resolve all client issues with our energy solutions.
  • Identify and contract with local, regional, or national operations and maintenance companies to support our installed base.
  • Leave customers feeling satisfied and confident in our energy solutions.
What You Will Do
  • Build and directly manage an outstanding Field Services and Operations team and programs, providing on-site technical and operating and maintenance services to Rondo Energy customers worldwide.
  • Contract with and manage local operations and maintenance service companies to support our fleet operations.
  • Regularly meet and work directly with industrial customers to ensure their satisfaction with the performance of our energy solutions.
  • Manage remote monitoring in our remote monitoring facility to ensure that operational trends and parameter monitoring can accurately track performance and identify issues in advance.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of operational costs and provide operations and maintenance budgeting support to customers and the home office.
  • Develop and maintain operations and maintenance manuals, training materials, outage management, and inspection plans for internal and external use.
  • Develop and coordinate our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and spare parts inventory.
  • Identify opportunities for operations and maintenance cost improvements to industrial customers and remote monitoring.
  • Become an expert in identifying and diagnosing equipment issues.
  • Provide employees and clients with tools and training to successfully operate our energy solutions and interface with client processes.
  • Liaise with our technical and business teams to ensure that technical resources are working to solve any operating equipment issue that may arise.
  • Ensure all field personnel are properly trained and qualified in their position.
  • Travel to job sites to ensure quality services are provided and to interface with Operations and field services teams as well as customers.
  • Follow company procedures and safety policies.
