We are looking for a skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing ISV and SI Partnerships, with a primary focus on engaging with existing clients to discover new opportunities to improve their sales/martech stack implementation, enable SEP partners or HubSpot optimization, or present right solutions directly or in co-sell motion with our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing ISV and SI Partnerships to drive net-new direct and co-sell opportunities.
  • Co-sell our professional services with top Tech Partners across CRM x SEP x CX practices.
  • Cross-sell directly across existing and past Client accounts that we served with Partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with Direct Sales and CS organizations to identify, support, and accelerate deals with joint service offerings.
  • Develop sales, marketing, social media, and partner-centric materials in concert with our internal/external resources.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management with quota-carrying role.
  • Experience in SalesTech (Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot) and/or CRM/MarTech (HubSpot) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and project timelines.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into clear executive summaries.
  • Highly responsive with excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • Base Salary + Commission + Bonus.
  • Bonus performance-based compensation up to 20% (5% business performance).
