Global Channel Sales Director

The US Channel Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering sales against agreed targets for given channel partner accounts. This role involves using value-added selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and develop channel accounts. Reporting to the US Country Leader, this position provides the opportunity to develop relationships with C-suite channel partner executives for driving growth. Key responsibilities include developing channel growth plans aligned to end-market growth strategies and creating marketing programs to drive Rotork business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective channel growth strategies to US channel partners
- Use value-added selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop relationships with C-suite channel partner executives

- Develop channel growth plans aligned to end-market growth strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of Senior Sales and Business Development experience in manufacturing
- Degree or recognized qualification in Engineering or Business
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to work collaboratively in a complex and matrixed business
