Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Readiness Program Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for defining and executing a coordinated plan for AVEVA offers sold through partners, ensuring consistent capabilities and deliverables across functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and refine the Channel Readiness Program, focusing on continuous improvement in offer performance through AVEVA partners.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the program, coordinating with functional teams to track and report progress and challenges.
  • Work closely with product management, sales enablement, training, and support teams to ensure proper focus and alignment of the program.
  • Implement and monitor program KPIs, tracking adherence to processes and reporting program health, performance, and effectiveness.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on all systems, materials, and processes related to the program.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 9 years of experience without a degree.
  • High degree of proficiency in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with databases, Microsoft Excel, and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work in a cross-functional team environment.
