Channel Personnel Services is seeking a highly skilled Safety Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. industrial health and safety, environmental engineering)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
