About the Role

The Data Center Security Strategy, Oversight and Risk (SOAR) Programs Team is seeking a highly skilled Global Program Manager to support the physical security mission with partners around the world. As a Global Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that align with the company's vision to build safely and securely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders globally to assess and quantify risks and develop operational mitigation solutions.
  • Manage requirements and procedural documentation to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, extract actionable insights, and create reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and maintain program mechanisms and tooling for customer and stakeholder intake and outreach.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance Data Center Security programs and processes.

About the Team

The Data Center Security SOAR Programs Team is embedded in the Data Center Safety, Environmental and Security global organization and directly supports the Data Center Physical Security Operations organization. The team is comprised of program managers and physical/security risk specialists who provide an array of program support under the component pillars of standards, compliance, and documentation; threat and risk indexing/analysis; and secure media handling and operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Work experience, education, training, or qualification in physical security or related fields (i.e., risk, compliance).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly driven, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative and proactively seeks solutions to problems.
