Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 7 years in developing technical strategies and overseeing security in areas such as Physical Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Video Management, PSIM, IT Networking, or Construction/Architecture.

Proven experience in managing technical products focused on security.

Expertise in gathering requirements from stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion, and navigating associated change management.

Strong background in data-driven business analysis, problem-solving, and strategic development.

Experience in project management, collaborating across functions, and influencing stakeholders.



Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with SQL, dashboarding, and data visualization tools.

Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.

About the role: The role is pivotal in maintaining the safety and security of the organization while managing disruptive events. The ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and respond is fundamental to the operations of the Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team.

As a key member of GSRS, you will contribute to fostering a culture where safety, security, and resilience are integral to every aspect of the organization, including the creative processes.

Your responsibilities will include identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise risks that could impact business operations, providing critical information to business leaders for informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative strategies and develop programs that promote sustainable effectiveness.

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$209,000, in addition to bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal clients, cross-functional partners, and engineering teams to implement technology aligned with physical security strategies, emphasizing scalable growth, automation, risk management, and process enhancement.
  • Facilitate the delivery of data products from strategic planning to tactical execution, including gathering business requirements, documenting product data needs, developing user stories, and creating project rollout and communication plans.
  • Monitor evolving business conditions within the organization and industry to adapt security strategies and related products for stakeholders.
  • Safeguard confidential information and protect company intellectual property.
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to junior colleagues, peers, and stakeholders as a subject matter expert in physical security, aligning with shared business objectives.
