About the Role:

In the realm of safeguarding individuals and managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and respond forms the foundation of Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team.

As a member of GSRS, you will contribute to fostering a culture where safety, security, and resilience are woven into every aspect of Google, including the creative process.

Your role will involve continually identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise risks that could impact business operations, providing essential information to business leaders for critical decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative strategies and develop programs that promote sustainable effectiveness.


Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$209,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Individual pay is influenced by work location and various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Compensation details reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal clients, cross-functional partners, and engineering teams to implement technology aligned with physical security strategies, focusing on scalable growth, automation, risk management, and business process enhancement.

Facilitate the delivery of data products from strategic product line planning to tactical activities, including gathering business requirements, documenting product data needs, developing user stories, and creating project, rollout, and communication plans.

Monitor evolving business conditions within Google and across industries to adapt security strategies and related products for stakeholders.

Safeguard confidential information and protect company intellectual property.

Provide leadership and strategic guidance to junior colleagues, peers, and stakeholders as a subject matter expert in physical security, aligning with shared business goals and objectives.
