Join our Leadership Development Initiative as a Strategic Transformation Program Manager to gain hands-on experience in directing strategic projects and driving transformation across various business domains.

The Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) is a thorough full-time program designed to cultivate our future leaders.

In this role, you will confront complex business challenges that require strategic insight, creativity, and strong business acumen.

The Strategic Transformation position will immerse you in unique and challenging responsibilities within essential business areas such as operations, supply chain, customer success, and global services, while developing your leadership capabilities.

By focusing on process improvement, operational excellence, and system/tool advancement, this role will significantly boost team and individual productivity within a growing organization.

This position reports directly to our Chief Operations Officer and collaborates with multiple teams to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness while gaining invaluable practical experience.

The Business Transformation Leadership Initiative is structured to empower participants by embedding them within the core of our business transformation projects and operational efficiency efforts.

  • Participants will assist in refining and transforming critical operational processes that influence client, customer, and provider experiences from start to finish. Key responsibilities will include structuring, prioritizing, and executing analyses to support business-critical projects and decision-making across all sectors.
  • Change Management: Propel change by effectively managing transitions and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders towards new directives and strategies.
  • You will also develop and manage comprehensive reporting and dashboards, providing essential visibility into these operational processes, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience:
    • Diverse background with 3-7 years of continuous work experience in any sector (e.g., consulting, entrepreneurship, technology, engineering).
    • Relevant experience from internships or co-op programs is also considered.
    • Demonstration of leadership skills through extracurricular activities, employment, and/or internship roles is essential.
    • Business and financial acumen.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical abilities enabling the use of data to derive insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
    • Evidence of strong leadership potential and a passion for technology.
  • Abilities:
    • Tech-savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Able to collaborate across various functions, entities, and reporting lines to achieve objectives.
    • Capacity to drive change across multifaceted organizations and simplify complex scenarios into more manageable issues.
    • Willingness to relocate geographically for rotations.
  • Education:
    • Master's Degree and/or MBA from an accredited institution.
