Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $133,600-$175,400. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including ESOP, 401K, annual bonus program, PTO days, medical insurance, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and pipeline activities to close contracts.
  • Identify and prioritize potential customers, expansion markets, new technologies, and projects.
  • Develop and execute business development action plans for target markets and projects.
  • Train and assist colleagues to make effective presentations and proposals.
  • Provide budgeting assistance to customers and maintain the Customer Relationship Management system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction estimating, supervision, and/or project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to produce professional proposals and presentations.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
