About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to fuel our continued growth and drive strategic partnerships with leading in-house legal teams.

As a key member of our Commercial business unit, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, building durable relationships with C-level executives, and consulting on complex legal matters.

  • You will leverage your expertise in B2B client service and consultative sales to devise innovative solutions that exceed clients' expectations.
  • With a proven track record in heavy business development initiatives, you will generate new logos and drive revenue growth.
  • Your ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative team environment will be essential in delivering outstanding results.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in B2B client service and extensive experience in consultative sales roles.
  • A proven track record in generating new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or comparable CRM systems) and the importance of leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  • A relentless service orientation, with the ability to form trusted-advisor relationships and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Total Rewards

Axiom offers a competitive total rewards package, including an annual base salary range of $90,000-$102,500 based in San Francisco, California. You will also be eligible to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Plan, which on target would be 65% of your base salary for a Manager level role in our Commercial business unit.
