Job Description

The Vice President of Sales will oversee the strategy, vision, and execution of the division's business, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.

This includes developing and executing three-year financial plans, managing monthly sales performance, and collaborating with licensors to understand brand aesthetics and seasonal strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the wholesale fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 40%).

Salary Range

$140,000 - $240,000 per year.
