Regional Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Representative to join our team at Energy Recruiters. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in a defined territory by building relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Buid strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage company resources and expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with good mechanical ability
- Minimum 2/3 years lubricant or automotive retail and commercial segments experience
- Solid closing skills and ability to build value-added relationships
- Excellent Sales, Negotiating and Communication skills
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
