Estimated Salary Range: $103,500 - $197,000

Job Description:

This field-based role requires strong account management skills to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with Federal Account Executive teams to identify target opportunities within the VA and develop product strategies to penetrate these accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and identify key target account opportunities within the VA
  • Develop product strategies to fully and consistently penetrate these accounts
  • Provide strategic and tactical direction regarding target accounts to regional and district teams
  • Analyze and support channel-specific training needs within the region
  • Develop an annual business plan with goals and objectives to increase sales volume and market share in target accounts

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • At least 2 years of sales or account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas
  • Excellent organizational/project management and leadership skills
