Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the steel industry, with manufacturing and installation experience. They will be required to establish leads with current and new customers, initiate prequalification processes, and get a foot in the door to develop new business while fostering and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Key duties include sales, superintending, and managing day-to-day activities of subs, including weekly emails communicating with the GC/CM.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

This is a full-time position based in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. A minimum of an OSHA 30 certification is required, along with CPR training. Experience working on multifamily projects as a steel supplier or for a GC/CM managing a DIV 5 Subcontractor is highly desirable.
