About the Job:

  • Main responsibilities include creating and leading marketing events, managing sales operations, and participating in store operations.
  • Additional duties include executing projects, duties, and assignments as directed by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • You will also contribute to achieving company objectives while working closely with the Store Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., fitness, nutrition, sales).
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
