About the Role
As a Studio Growth Specialist at Orangetheory - Franchise #0308, you will be responsible for driving new member sales and enhancing the overall member experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our studios.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, be goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication abilities. They will also be energetic, persistent, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:
• High focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation
• Greeting members with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Providing studio tours and selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up with prospective members and handling member concerns in a professional manner
• Participating in marketing and outreach events and initiatives
• Working with the manager to hit monthly KPIs

Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
• A High School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a fitness setting
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina to lift up to 20 pounds and perform other physical tasks as required
