The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional member experiences at our state-of-the-art studio. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for new member sales, lead generation, and overall studio performance.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who possesses strong sales and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members. In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $20/hour, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions and bonus potential up to $20k/year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-train with Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fitness setting.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish effective working relationships.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to lift a minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted, as well as sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, and reach frequently.
