Bilingual Insurance Agency Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead our HA Farmers Insurance Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Drive new business revenue and ensure sales targets are met, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
- Set performance goals for the team and monitor progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement in agency operations and implement strategic changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Provide training and support to agency staff, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Recruit, screen, and train new agents, building a strong and diverse team.
- Analyze performance data and develop action plans to drive business growth and improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with staff and clients, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying knowledge to drive business innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry or agency management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good leadership and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Ethical in dealings with clients, co-workers, and members of the community, with a strong commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
