A reputable law firm with a strong focus on affordable housing is seeking an experienced Housing Development Law Specialist to join their team.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of real estate experience, with expertise in running real estate deals and due diligence calls. They should be proficient in financing, loan documents, construction loans, and Low Income Tax Credit experience. Additionally, they should have experience representing lenders and bond issuers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions and conduct due diligence
  • Negotiate loan documents and construction loans
  • Collaborate with lenders and bond issuers
  • Develop and implement strategies for affordable housing projects

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of real estate experience
  • Strong knowledge of financing, loan documents, and construction loans
  • Low Income Tax Credit experience
  • Ability to represent lenders and bond issuers
