This holistic approach enables us to effectively tackle the complex issues surrounding affordable housing.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Housing Finance Strategist to join our lending team and contribute to addressing the nation's affordable housing crisis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our fundraising strategy, managing funder relationships, and overseeing impact data collection and reporting.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for raising capital to support lending and investment activities.
- Manage relationships with existing funders and investors, including banks, foundations, and individual investors.
- Collect and report impact data to various stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Gather necessary data and materials to support capital-raising efforts.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for all investors and grant awards.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, philanthropy, or investor relations.
- Proven track record of working with funding applications, such as CDFI Fund applications.
- Prior experience working at a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of CDFI Fund applications and compliance.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Excel.
This role offers a competitive salary of $82,400 to $109,850, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
